Easy Loan Finance offers free, plain-language home-loan information sessions and printed resources for community organisations, with no obligation and nothing asked in return. If your members keep asking about buying a home, deposits, visas or getting a loan after being told no, we can give them straight answers in English or Vietnamese.

Who we are

Easy Loan Finance is an Adelaide-based mortgage broker run by Ryan Vu. We work with clients in every state and territory, in English and Vietnamese, and we compare options across a large panel of Australian lenders. A lot of our work is with people the usual process finds difficult: small business owners, casual and contract workers, new permanent residents and people on temporary visas.

Many families in the communities we work with hear a lot of advice from friends and relatives that is out of date or simply wrong. Our aim is to give them accurate, general information so they can decide what to do next, with or without us.

What we can offer your community

  • A free home-loan information session. Short and relaxed, with time for questions; we agree the length with you. Covers how lenders look at income, deposits and savings, visas, and what to prepare before talking to anyone. Delivered by video, or in person where travel can be planned.
  • A one-page resource sheet in Vietnamese and English. Common questions answered in plain language, with the English terms in brackets so members recognise them on paperwork. Download the resource sheet (PDF).
  • A shareable business card and QR code. The sheet carries a QR code that opens our booking page, so a member can book a free call themselves. Print it, pin it, or share the link.
  • Answers to common member questions. Our common questions page covers the most frequent ones in English, and the Vietnamese version is written for Vietnamese-speaking families.

How it works

  1. Tell us what your members ask. A short message is enough: the language, the usual questions, and whether you run events or an information stall.
  2. We send the materials. The resource sheet and business card go to you straight away, so your team can share them even if no session ever happens.
  3. If a session suits you, we plan it together. We work out the format and the timing around your calendar, never the other way round.
  4. Members who want to talk further book a free call on their own, when they are ready. There is no sign-up list and no follow-up pressure.

What we ask in return

Nothing. There is no fee, no contract and no obligation to refer anyone to us. If a member is better served by someone else, we will say so.

Being straight about what a session is

  • It is general information, not credit advice. We talk about how home lending works, not about any one person’s loan. Anyone who wants advice about their own situation can book a call.
  • Ryan is based in Adelaide. Online sessions are available. We know some groups prefer face to face; an in-person visit depends on travel and needs planning, so we do not promise dates or locations in advance.
  • We do not collect members’ personal details at a session. People are welcome to ask questions in general terms.

Common questions from centres

Is it really free?
Yes. The session, the resource sheet and the first call are free. If a member later chooses to work with us, the broker’s remuneration arrangements are explained to them before they decide.

Will you pitch to our members?
No. The session is information first. Members choose whether to book a call.

Can we share the materials without hosting a session?
Yes, and many groups start that way. Download the sheet, print it, or forward the link.

Do you work in languages other than English and Vietnamese?
Our materials are in English and Vietnamese. If your group needs another language, tell us and we will say honestly whether we can help.

For agents, accountants and other professionals

If you help people buy a home, we would be glad to work with you. We have put together a short two-page referral partner guide, in English and Vietnamese, with home-loan essentials, when to refer, how to refer in three steps, and how cross-referral works for both sides and for the client. Download the referral partner guide (PDF).
